Why does the Generate Federal Employee W-4 print the current date as the signature date?
We recently upgraded to EBS 12.2.7 and with this release included the program "Generate Federal Employee W-4"
If you run this program for an employee who made an election in the past, it prints the signature date of today. This seems to be wrong as the W-4 should be a backup to the withholding done on each pay processed after the effective date, not the date you printed the form.
