Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Connect DBCS as JDBC datasource in BIP

Hi Team,

I am trying to create JDBC datasource for DB cloud service in BIP. I am getting below error

Could not establish connection. IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Connection string we are using: jdbc:oracle:thin://10.145.123.12:1521/plcdev2db

We dont have any SID, so we are using service name.
