Slowness of PY and JPY .

Dear All,

When we login to the JAS PY instance its take 45 secs to get into the jde system. While opening any application and run any reports it used to take time that is goes to approx 25-30 sec in waiting  and the to processing.

DB-db2

JAS - Windows 2008R2

Oracle WebLogic Server 11g (10.3.6.0)
