Will changing the Install Date update the warranty if there are any SR against that instance

Hi All,

We are trying to change Install Date for an instance for which there are some closed Service Requests, but the warranty dates are not getting synchronized. Can someone please confirm the functionality around it. I am also attaching the CSI log while trying to update the Install Base record. There are some cases where even though i have service request still the dates are getting synchronized.
