Query on depreciation formula to be used

Hello,

One of our clients would like to change the method of depreciation from WDV to SLM.in the current year. They would like to use the WDV as on the current year end as a base for calculation of SLM depreciation on a percentage basis, the remaining amount if any will be adjusted in the last month of the asset life.

Request you to let me know if there is any depreciation formula which will meet the above requirement.
