Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Slowness respond from database and time out error

Hi all,

Issue with production database.

Oracle Enterprise Edt - 12c (12.1.0.2) on Red Hat Linux 6

At this moment, we having an issue where application facing a slowness respond from database plus there is a time out error.

Can recommend investigation workplan or any workaround.
