Fluid Position Management - Case Sensitive Search

In testing Fluid Position Management, I have found that the search is case sensitive. For example, searching for "manager" returns no results, but searching for "Manager" does return results. The upper/lower case needs to match the case in the description exactly. Has anyone else ran into this, and is there something that can be done to fix it?
