Auto numbering guidance - Supplier Scorecard.

We are working on using Supplier Scorecard functionality in fluid. We used peoplebook document and also used autonumbering document to setup the ID's for Evaluation, Question, Template and section. We are getting error even after the setup of ID's. We checked Demo environment image 29, there is no autonumbering configuration done in demo. So we want some document to get the configuration done other than what we did. We want to know if we are not missing any configuration.
