Is there an audit file for the Tax Area table F4008?

Is there an audit file for the Tax Area table F4008?  We need to be able to see who last updated a tax record and the F4008 table does not have the usual audit fields - User ID, Program ID, Date updated, Work Stn, time Updated.  This seems odd that a table with this type of content would not include the audit information.
