9.0 P01111 Unable to delete email address record for Who's Who line 0

Can you please confirm if system does not allow to delete email address record for Who's Who line 0? I click delete and then click ok (in Email Address form) and then click ok again in Who's who. I come back and see email record still exists.

I am aware of the fact that system does not allow to delete record for Who's Who line 0 but have not seen anything pertaining to email.
