ERROR OGG-08221 Cannot register or unregister

My Golden gate extract is failing with below error while registerring the 2nd extract

2019-05-15 07:24:53  ERROR   OGG-08221  Cannot register or unregister EXTRACT EXT_P200 because of the following SQL error: OCI Error 1,327.

I wanted to start a second set of extract/pump and replicate due to some lag issues at the replicate site with my 1st extract also My 1st extract was abended due to no availablity of logfiles.

My 1st extract is EXT_P100 was working fine 3 days before but abended.  I wanted to start a different set of tables to extract in a 2nd extract so tried registering the DB for EXT_P200, here is what I get the below error , also tried to unregister the from first EXT_P100 and tried to register 2nd EXT_P200 still dint help, now I am not able to register even the 1st EXT_P100 back. Please help
