(AR) Duplicate Addresses review accross Customer Parties

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Oracle Version: 12.1.3

Product: Oracle Receivables

Oracle Receivables shows a warning window "Warning: Possible Duplicate Addresses" when a new site has the same address to an existing site in the same customer setup.

Is it possible to make the duplicate validation across all the existing parties addresses and not only inside the customer, where the new site is being created?
