ASR qualified but not activated
ASR qualified but not activated.
I am trying to help the customer out here, as they have a number of assets which are Qualified but not Activated. I have been added as an Admin to the CSI, but see the same as they do - the Approve and Other Actions buttons are greyed out and we cannot approve the activation. The contact and address details are added for the assets with this issue.
I have looked at various training docs but cannot seem to find what will help me resolve this. I've attached a list of the assets this affects as well as a screenshot.
