How to implement new SSHR payslip template while retaining old template for older payslips?
Staff are asking me to change the Summary boxes on the customized self-service payslip to use some calculations involving Balances. This is to provide totals that more clearly match what staff will see on their W2 at end of year.
I am able to customize the Business Group's payslip information to pass the new balances and get the results I want, but if staff view historical payslips, these new balances weren't archived at that time so the payslip totals won't come out correctly.
Is there a way to date-track the payslip template so that before a certain time, it uses the older version of the template and after an effective date, it uses the new one?
