Is anyone using the PO_RECVLOAD for loading external receipts into PeopleSoft?

Is anyone loading external receipts to create Receivers in PO from Purchase Orders?  We are looking to speed up our entry and noticed there is a delivered Receiver Load process.  We currently have AP, PO, AM and GL
