Server/Hardware Partitioning on existing exdata X6-2

Hello

I have  X6-2 server Rack ( Quarter) with 12 CPU's each ( 3 VM's created)  and i am in process of buying another 6 but want them isolated so as  to create oracle database with limited features ( such as advanced compression)

How can i achieve this in my current environment

Any suggestions will be appreciated
