EBS_DOMAIN_HOME and OHS directories name change after April 2019 CPU

Hello,

After applying the following patches:

29524595  ORACLE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 12.2: CPU PATCH FOR APR 2019 (For TXK CONSOLIDATED PATCH FOR R12.TXK.C.Delta.10)

29351975  Fix for Bug 29351975

29266367  CSRF CUMULATIVE PATCH - POST JAN2019 CPU

The names of the $EBS_DOMAIN_HOME and OHS directories has changed.

Before CPU:

drwx------   8 psiappl  dba         2048 May  3 21:48 EBS_web_PSI_OHS4
