LDAP routing based on multiple AD conditions

I am trying to route to a particular destination based on two active directory attributes for Skype for business being present but don't seem to be having much luck so was wondering if anyone has done anything similar.

My LDAP configuration has one LDAP transaction and within this transaction I have added two LDAP CFG attributes plus set my operation type to And with the two attributes.  You can see roughly what I have below.
