Monitor several db targets in one template/report

Usually when monitoring a db I check for DB Target > Performance > Top Activity

Is it possible to create a template/report/page that can show the Top Activity grid for SEVERAL db targets?? In order to see several instances status at the same time.

I am curently on Cloud Control 13c.
