RTF file in generating extra line while generating pdf and shifting content to next page.

I am generating Paycheck in pdf format. I am using delivered PYUSACHK.rtf template with some customization. I am generating xml files to print paycheck per business unit. If my xml file has one employee record data, it shift MICR line (which is last line on first page) to next page. If my xml file has more than one employee record data, it prints fine.. I have attached my files here. Please suggest what is wrong in first scenario  .
