dbua from 11.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.1 - missing x$diag_PDB_SPACE_MGMT

Hello,

  Just upgraded an 11.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.1,  ends up missing   x$diag_PDB_SPACE_MGMT  , causes a view creation to error out on the upgrade. 

  Database runs but spews a bunch of ORA-0600 in the alert, complaining about PDB_SPACE_MGMT.

  Pretty sure I just need to create that table and the associated views.

  Anyone see this before?
