Force UPPER CASE in Employee Self Service for Contacts

We have recently enabled the entry of Employee Emergency Contacts in ESS.  We want to have these all be in UPPER CASE for the FIrst, Middle and Last Names.

Is there a way to do this in ESS Personalization?  Seems like an easy ask....  :-)
