Reduce time between OpenSQLCursor Start and End

Hello,

I am trying to execute a UNION query on F4211/F42119 using the primary key fields through E1 report. And the program takes 10.32 seconds to complete OpenSQLCursor Start and End. Could you please let me know if there is any way to reduce this time-slot.
