SQL Plan Management (SPM): Plan Transportation and Loading/Dropping Plans and Baselines

This thread is for discussion and questions about the loading and transportation of baselines and plans when using SQL Plan Management (SPM).

Review SPM restrictions and limitations listed in the following document:

Refer to the following document which provides example usage of SPM to stabilize query plan:

Common Problems:

There are some common bugs and/or issues where SPM can cause parsing problems, trigger ORA-600 or ORA 7445 errors and failure to reproduce plan using SPM, most of these problems are fixed latest releases.
