P43214 is showing closed receipt lines

We have closed purchase order receipts that are showing in the P43214 even though the Closed box is unchecked.  The receipts have been vouchere matched and the Quantity Not Vouchered is blank on the P43214. 

Any idea what would cause this to still show up in the inquiry screen?  It's not showing up on the Open Receipts report, but we would like to have this not show up on the inquiry screen as the users utilized this inquiry on a regular basis.
