Unable to assign existing Asset Category Combination while creating Asset

Unable to assign existing Asset Category Combination while creating Asset in Asset work bench.

Scenario:-

I created a New Major Category Value (11) & 12

Then Created Dependent Minor Category (1) & (1)

1. Asset---Asset work bench

2. Click on Additions

3. Enter the Description of Asset

4. While Entering the Category, I select Major Category (11) & Minor Category (1)

4. It got struck at the Category Level & wont move further.

Note: Major Category (Independent)

Minor Category (Dependent)

Error Codes
