How to calculate esitimated savings that segment advisor reports

Oracle 10g-12c

How oracle is calculating estimated savings..?

For example segment advisor tells following for the specific tables/indexes

Perform shrink, estimated savings is 12019596 bytes.Allocated Space:855638016: Used Space:843618420: Reclaimable Space :12019596:

Another thing that interests, I did datapump import yesterday (10g database), and today I ran segment advisor task, and it did report 4 tables and 3 indexes. Shouldn't datapump import clear all wasted space..?
