What will happen to time sensitive transactions on RAC DB with time difference of 5-6 hrs prior to i

One of the RAC DB instance crash occurred because of NTP time synchronization issue. prior to instance crash, we have identified NTP synchronization issues identified from 6 hrs prioe to instance crsh.

what will happen to time sensitive transactions committed on this instance and how it will recover?
