Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Has anyone noted the following issue with OTO's? When processing OTO Attached to Timecard and a seco

Steps to reproduce OTO issue are as follows:

1. Create timecard for employee and attach OTO for accrual in the amount of 36 hours.

2. Create OTO stand alone for same employee for the same accrual in the amount of 36 hours.

3. Process pre-payroll and review DBA Detail. Note that system displays 108 hours rather than 72 for the DBA.
