How do i solve "Log File Sync" Wait Event" -11gr2-raid5 ???

Dear all.

I have Oracle server 11.2.0.4 with Raid 5 - on centos 6.8 . I have problem with using I/O. This make database write very slowness. Share me any suggesstion for that ?????

Please see  below the logs:

- Info DB from ADDM report

Waits on event "log file sync" while performing COMMIT and ROLLBACK operations  were consuming significant database time.

Recommendation 1: Application Analysis

   Estimated benefit is 2.33 active sessions, 75.44% of total activity.

   Action

      Investigate application logic for possible reduction in the number of   COMMIT operations by increasing the size of transactions.

   Rationale

      The application was performing 3171 transactions per minute with an    average redo size of 3212 bytes per transaction.
