Quarterly Dividends Process

We process quarterly dividend for employees through the payroll process.

It's a very labor intensive process and was wondering if anyone had a better way to process quarterly dividend through the payroll system.

Steps

Select Interim Payroll ID

Create 2 timecard records for a .01 DR & .01 CR for each employee

Enter 4 DBA Codes on Interim Payment for each employee

Override employee Tax Records for each employee

Review Interim to determine if any adjustments are needed to ensure zero net pay in generated.

We are currently processing 100+ employee interim records.

I would appreciate any advice on how we process quarterly dividend quicker and accurately.
