Learning Management and Absence Management Relationship in Oracle EBS HRMS

Hello,

Is there a relationship between learning management and absence management in terms of calendar and date? For example, in learning management, an employee is scheduled or enlisted for training between 1st of June to 7th of June for example. When that employee is applying for leave of absence using Absence Management, i dont want him to be able to select 1st of June to 7th of June as eligible date as he is already scheduled for training within that period. Is there a way to manage the two such that if an employee is scheduled for leave of absence, he
