Vulnerabilities on Oracle DB XE ( Express Edition)

Hi Experts

We have few BI applications running on  Oracle database ( Express Edition)  11.2.0.2.

Hence, we are looking for any patches to remove these vulnerabilities.  I came to know that  Oracle support doesn't support  this database.

We would like to understand , what is the process to upgrade database from Express Edition to Standard Enterprise Edition ?
