DCS-10011 error when updating dscagent to 18.5

Hi everyone

We recently re-image our X7-2S ODA with 18.3

After the re-imaging here is how the components looked like

We then downloaded the 18.5 ODA patch -   Patch 29235174 and added the files to ODA repository
