Oracle Database Rolling Upgrade

Hi,

We have 4 node RAC in production with 11.2.0.4 version. This production environment has two standby environments

a - single instance ACTIVE DATAGUARD (non-RAC).

b- 2 node PHYSICAL STANDBY (RAC).

We are planning to upgrade all these environments in ROLLING upgrade fashion. You are requested to share the docs and steps required to be performed.
