Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not able to invoke CalculatePriceAll signal for Quote Item BC in IP18.12 through WF

Hi Team,

I am trying to invoke signal CalculatePriceAll for Quote Item BC in IP18.12 through Workflow . Getting below error in logs:

Error invoking service 'SIA BC Utility Service', method 'BCInvokeMethod' at step 'Calling Signal CalculatePriceAll'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

The method 'CalculatePriceAll' is not supported on Business Service 'Pricing Manager'.(SBL-DAT-00323)

Whereas the same signal when invoking for Order Entry Line Items is working fine.

I tried using signal CalculatePrice and it seems to be working fine for Quote Item .

My functionality require CalculatePriceAll, any help to above will be appreciated .

Please note same is working fine in previous version of Siebel 8.1.1.9. We have upgarded from Siebel 8.1.1.9 to IP18.12.
