Oracle Scripting not working in Teleservice

Hello,

We are trying to use oracle scripting and did the setup as per metalink note 1314474.1.

Oracle scripting gets launched, but it doesn't do anything. Any pointers to resolve this issue or any simple working scripts are there, please let me know.
