RPAS Upgrade from 13.4.3.2

Hi Team ,

Currently we are working on 13.4.3.2 Version and our application is PPT which has some customized Java Code. Could you please guide us that if we want to upgrade , which version of RPAS we can directly jump onto and which is the latest version upgrade advisable .

Can we directly upgrade to 15/16 or we need to go in hierarchical order install 14 then 15 then 16 .
