P4072 Attachement Paperclip is not shown

Hello,

We are using 9.2 version.

P4072 have adjustment detail record with attachments.

In inquiry mode for adjstment details paperclip is not shown which is linked with records till you click on search for attachement .

So as shown below in left screen shot attachment is not shown where as when you click on paperclip symbol it starts showing.
