amounts in ar_payments_schedules_all are not updated when incomplete invoice (distributions) is upda

User updated the incomplete invoice by changing the amount on the distribution line but we see that amounts are not updated in ar_payment_schedules_all and as a result - header screen on invoice shows a different amount then SUM (distributions). No screen errors... We have R12.1.3 Receivables.

Is it a bug  or what is the reason and how to fix?
