Preventive Maintenance SR's shouldn't use auto assignment functionality while create SR's
Hi Team,
We have a requirement to setup new PM schedules, while running the program it is stuck with error "Error in Owner Auto Assignment (VALUE4=15780489) (VALUE5=TEST01)API Error (CS_ASSIGN_RESOURCE_PKG.Assign_ServiceRequest_Main): Unable to assign the service request to a group. Please check your territory setup or manually assign the service request". We don't want auto assignment functionality to assign group or owner.
We want to populate group from profile option Service: Default Group Owner for Service Requests and owner will be assigned manually for PM SR's. Let us know your inputs to resolve this issue.
