Advanced Pricing - Modifier analyzer for Sales Orders

Hello,

We are working on creating a new OID Modifier, but need to be able to tell why or why not it takes precedence with existing modifiers of other types (Discount, Promotion, etc.).  I understand that it uses the Common Benefit Percentage to compare modifiers, but it will be helpful if there is an analyzer or log file that can be generated that will show why a specific modifier takes precedence when creating Sales Orders for testing.

Please let me know if such a tool exists.
