HSCmerge receiving Internal error. CDS-level HCSRQST error.

We are moving to a new data center.  We are using the same gen we used in the last trial without issues and are a bit stumped.  This is a gen for an sl8500  HSC comes up.  VTSS comes up.  When we start the merge we receive the error with a reason code of 74D and HSC crashes with a 222.  We have rebuilt the databases.  Any ideas where we should look?
