Steps for dataguard / Standby should be added to Doc ID 2422161.1

Following this document:

Oracle 18c - Complete checklist for Manual Upgrade for Multitenant Architecture Oracle Databases from 12.1.x.x to 18.x.x.x (Doc ID 2422161.1)

gave me ORA-16025, after some investigation, Dataguard/Standby needs to be handled.

I think the authors of this document should add or link the steps for handeling Dataguard / Standby setups as described in:

18.1.0.0 Grid Infrastructure and Database Upgrade steps for Exadata Database Machine running 11.2.0.4 and later on Oracle Linux (Doc ID 2369422.1)

These steps are universal and do not apply only for Exadata.

Step 4.4.2 - Data Guard only - Disable Fast-Start Failover and Data Guard Broker
