12c applications fails to execute against 18c client installation

Hi There,

As per Oracle 18c documentation, there is no need to recompile 12c OCI applications. But unfortunately on Windows when we try running an application again 18c client installation, we get orasql12.dll missing error.

We did search through the Oracle community as well as Oracle support and found some hits (see below). But those are more for UNIX installs. Does anyone faced similar issue? Any help to resolve this issue is appreciated.
