Is there a report or SQL to show partially shipped kits?

We have Oracle EBS 12.1.3.  Our business has defined several kits where we invoice at the top level part - and we ship at the component or included part.

The business rule is that we only ship complete - or we don't ship at all, however I have stumbled across some examples where we have shipped either partial quantities of included items or we have shipped partial components.

Is there report or SQL that can be used to return order numbers and line numbers of partially shipped kits?
