Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to perform approval for work order release with roles in the approval group

Expecting to send work order release approval request to more than person, when created a role and attahced to athe approval group in AME.

Getting Error

Raised SR but got reply saying roles will not be supported for work order relase approval. Kindly suggest the solution
