Inventory Organization is not visible for responsibilities.

Hello,

I created an inv org and this is not visible to other responsibilities. For example when going to change organization form, new inv org is not visible. Also i cannot check onhand quantity as well due to this reason. But I can raise PO.

Can anyone help?
