Cryptographic error in alert log coming from OEM 12c

     Has anyone encountered this error in the DB alert log coming from OEM 12c?    Database version is 12.2.0.1.

NI cryptographic checksum mismatch error: 12599.

  VERSION INFORMATION:

        Oracle Bequeath NT Protocol Adapter for Linux: Version 12.2.0.1.0 - Production
