Recommended browser or browser settings for support.oracle.com ?

Hi all,

The problem: When trying to add a page to the Favorites menu - by clicking on the Gold Star - this function does not seem to work. I am able to access the Favorites/Manage Favorites sub menu, and create new folders. But I am unable to mark/add any pages as favorites.

I tried with x2 browsers, i.e. Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit), as well as Firefox 60.1 esr 64bit (FireFox for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 1.0). The function does not seem to work in both.

The question: What is the recommended browser when using support.oracle.com? Or is there perhaps recommended browser settings for specific browsers?
